hello, from me.

Hi, I’m Sophia.

I help businesses use AI to fix the marketing problems that quietly cost them the most - the leads that never get followed up on, the calls that go to voicemail, the reviews that never get asked for.

A bit of background

I started my career as a Business Analyst, moved into Product Management, and currently work as a PM in tech. The through-line in all of it has been the same: looking at how a business actually works, finding where it’s leaking time or money, and designing a workflow that fixes it.

So when AI hit, it didn’t feel like a leap - it felt like the next layer on top of what I’d already been doing for years. Suddenly the kinds of automations that used to take a developer and three months can be built in days. That’s the bit I’m betting on, and that’s what I’m building this around.

What I believe

  • Some businesses need more leads. Some need to stop losing the ones they already have.

  • AI isn’t a strategy. It’s a tool. Strategy still matters more.

  • “Set and forget” is a lie. Good marketing systems get watched, measured, and tuned.

  • If I can’t explain what I’m doing in plain English, you shouldn’t pay for it.

Who I work with

Business owners who are willing to look at their numbers, try things, and iterate. I’m probably not the right fit if you want to hand off “the marketing” and never think about it again.

How I work

Direct. Casual. No 40-slide decks. Quick calls, clear deliverables, real results.

Outside of work

I’m based in the UK but spend a lot of time abroad - I work remotely and love traveling, picking up languages, and dropping into other cultures. I speak Spanish, some French, and I’m currently learning Arabic and Portuguese for fun. I play the drums, fiddle around on guitar, and make beats on the side.
